Chronic fatigue - Frank Bradford - Testimonial

Professional musician Frank Bradford is currently touring to support the debut of his CD Better Days, hitting the national airwaves with two songs including "Watergrave" that features the talents of four-time Grammy artist Russ Taff.

Several years ago, this ambitious journey may have seemed out of reach to the talented musician, who initially met Dr. Dale Guyer, wife Lisa, and their children in 1998, while teaching guitar to the entire family. The propitious meeting led to a mutually beneficial collaboration. Frank helped bring the family "in tune" with guitar lessons, and Dr. Guyer assisted Frank in harmonizing health concerns that had plagued the musician for years.

While chronic fatigue was Bradford’s main complaint, Dr. Guyer’s extensive initial questionnaire also revealed that Frank was experiencing overall exhaustion, brain fog, difficulty focusing and concentrating, chronic low-grade depression, a propensity for anxiety, digestive problems, heartburn, and poor memory. To help counter the fatigue, Frank generally drank a lot of caffeine to stay awake. Upon reflection, Frank believes that life on the road, eating fast food almost everyday, and overall poor nutritional status contributed significantly to his then poor state of health.

"He invited me to the office to initially undergo nutritional IVs," Frank recalls. " I was 35 years old and fatigued. After undergoing six IVs in a row—one per week, I literally felt 20 years younger. That is not an exaggeration. I felt like a kid again. The nutritional IVs really made me feel young and vibrant."

Upon reflection, Frank believes health problems began early in life.

"I don’t think I had ever felt great my entire life," he now believes. "I always felt tired, relying on coffee to have energy during the day, and experienced mild depression. The IV therapies helped restore my ambition—a dark cloud was lifted."

Frank also experienced hearing loss, sinus problems, congestion and overall memory deficits. To address these health deficits, Dr. Guyer’s utilized an innovative and unique approach, called neural therapy.

" Neural therapy made a significant difference. I am a musician and have loss of hearing," Frank admits. " First of all, Dr. Guyer administered the therapy around my ears, which improved my hearing quite a bit. Later, he performed neural therapy around my head in a circle, which helped improve my concentration. He then used neural therapy at various sinus points, and it really helped clear up my sinuses as well. Dr. Guyer then injected ozone in the sinus points which helped clear up lingering infections."

To address the singer’s persistent chronic fatigue, Dr. Guyer also employed insulin potentiation therapy (IPT), which made a dramatic impact on Frank’s life.

"I would describe IPT best by saying that it wakens your senses in a way that no other therapy had," Frank states. "I have a lot more energy after IPT therapy. Dr. Guyer says that I am pretty sensitive, so I noticed benefit the first time and felt substantially better as far as energy."

Today, Frank is excited about the release of his new CD and restored health, which is continues to maintain through routine nutritional IVs and an individualized regimen plan.

"I will go in to the Advanced Medical Center about every six weeks to have an IV and feel better immediately," Franks says. "If I don’t, I start feeling a little bit rundown."

Frank readily admits the chance meeting with Dr. Guyer has had a profound effect on the quality of his life as well as many others.

"The great thing about Dr. Guyer is that he will never throw the same prescription to every patient. If he has 10 different patients, he will employ 10 different approaches to help them reach optimal health," Franks shares. "He really tries to understand your history and figures out a better way to restore a person to optimal health. I experienced positive results from the get-go. I owe him a lot. Very thorough and caring, Dr. Guyer has a very clear understanding on how to make people feel better."
